The master plan for the property proposes up to 66 townhomes, 46 residential condos, a 3,000 square foot community center and between 13,750 and 19,250 square feet of commercial space. Nelson’s Grant aims to provide a unique living environment that will enhance the opportunities to live, work and shop within York County.
