After building in over 15 different neighborhoods across 8 different cities Pritchard and Company decided to develop a neighborhood of their own. The result was Port Myers on Chisman Creek, a 47 lot subdivision off Seaford Road in Yorktown, Virginia. While Pritchard and Company was the developer, due to the high demand for lots we only retained nine home sites. The homes shown in the Port Myer's gallery, as with all of Pritchard and Company’s homes, were individually designed and built to suit. Our clients work with Carol Johnson of Residential Designs Limited to create homes that represent their personal interests and unique desires.
